Welcome to Bluebird Market at Fourth Street Crossing in Silverthorne, Colorado. Fourth Street Crossing is the new heart of downtown Silverthorne. A gathering place where mountain meets modern, this is the new sense of belonging for Summit County and Bluebird Market stands as the anchor for this growing community. The new modern food hall aims to serve the local community as a hub. With an overwhelming focus is on quality, authentic food offerings prepared by a mix of culinary concepts derived from the local workforce. Bluebird Market will encompass either local and chef-owned concepts and no franchise or fast-food chains. We are NOT a FOOD COURT! With twelve culinary concepts under one roof owners are encouraged to collaborate and host culinary demos, cooking classes and events for the community. Bluebird Market has been designed to re-think the mountain town restaurant challenge, like the most successful food hall concepts we focus on serving a few menu items, cutting down food waste and streamlining their labor by reducing the need for multiple FOH & BOH positions.
