Crepes a la Cart was started by Alex and Arlene La Marca back in 2001. In 1997 Alex moved to Colorado and attended CU-Boulder, Go Buffs. Alex studied in the fledgling Environmental Studies Program at CU and moved to Breckenridge after completing his schooling. In the year 2000 looking to start his own business, Arlene and Alex found the cute little Cart on Main Street, Breckenridge. Arlene with her many years of business expertise helped Alex get Crepes a la Cart started and since has retired. Alex worked, making crepes with a strong belief that he would not serve anything he would not eat himself. Alex has developed recipes over 20 years while making Crepes a la Cart a renowned experience on the to-do list for Colorado.
