A 60 minute traditional Barre class focusing on each muscle group with small isometric movements using various weights, bands and balls and basic ballet movement.
A 50-minute full body workout combining elements of both Barre and Mat Pilates using 1-7 lb. weights, resistance bands and Pilates balls. This is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that focuses on sculpting, toning and lengthening muscles as well as improving flexibility and strength.
A 45 minute class that condenses our traditional Barre Class in to a fast paced workout.

A 45 minute full body strength workout designed to enhance the Barre experience with Functional Strength Training in a personal training type environment. This class will help you become stronger in your Barre practice, Yoga practice or any other activities you participate in and assist with injury prevention.
Our Barre Resistance Strength class is taught in the Traditional Barre Express format using a variety of resistance training techniques. You will be challenged with long bands, short bands, leg training bands, figure 8 bands and a mixed selection of round bands.
